A memorial Mass for Kathleen Marie Steiner was held at 4 pm on Tuesday, Sepetmber 6th at Transfiguration Catholic Church with Father Andrew Trapp officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Transfiguration Parish Capital Campaign.
​Kathleen Marie Steiner was born December 1, 1962 in Agana, Guam to LTJG Gerald Steiner and Helen Steiner. She attended St. Mary’s elementary School and Newton High School in Newton, Kansas. She was very involved in the Parish at Saint Mary’s and was involved in the Legion of Mary. Upon moving to South Carolina, she joined the Transfiguration Catholic Church family and continued her contribution to the Parish with her involvement in the Heavenly Helpers. She had particular devotions to the Chaplet of Saint Michael and to the Divine Mercy devotion. She also had a devotion to Blessed Mother Teresa.
​Kathleen was preceeded in death by her Father, Gerald and her mother, Helen. She is survived by her sister, Linda (Randy) Roush, and her brother, Keith (Janice) Steiner and by her niece Renee(Jose) Soler and their children, Olivia, Emma and Jose III and by a nephew, Jamie Roush.
