Charlie is survived by his mother, Peggy Sue Westbrook and stepfather, Frank D. Bell, IV and father Charles R. Cullen, Sr.; children, Charles R. Cullen, III, Skilar M. Cullen, Charles F. Cullen, III, Ariana R. Cullen, Seth B. Cullen and Nora J. Cullen; brother, Christopher W. Cullen and special niece, Danielle Cullen.
Charlie loved life, enjoyed fishing and anything to do with the outdoors. He loved his family and many friends, but most of all he loved his children. Charlie was the joker of the family and could make anyone's day. Everyone that knew him will remember him either under a truck or up a tree barking down orders to the others. Charlie was a well known face licker, "Ha Ha". He leaves behind many aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces who loved him with everything in them and he carried much love for them.
