R.I.P. Joe...you were a man among men! You brought A Northern Flair to a class full
Of Southern Boys in Highway Patrol Basic School! You were a character that brought laughter to an otherwise desperate situation and gave us all a break from the tension...no doubt you had seen much worse during your Military Service! Even though you had to leave the uniform of State Trooper all too early...you never lost the live for it and all who wear it! GODSPEED MY FRIEND...YOU WILL BE MISSED!
