So sorry to hear of your husbands passing but he is no longer in pain. After reading his obituary he certainly led a heroic life and I'm sure you are proud of all he accomplished. May he rest in peace and best wishes always.

As a fellow cadet and classmate of Sam's, I send my condolences to his family. Sam was a very accomplished speed swimmer, and we competed often during our years at NGC. He was not built like a swimmer but boy could he put his completion to shame.

Very sorry to hear about Sam; we knew each other in College. He was a great guy and I always enjoyed talking with him. He was thought of many times over the years and will be missed by a great many, but we know he is now working in Heaven - probably overseeing Eagle preservation for God.

I am sorry to hear of your loss. May you find comfort in the promises at Revelation 21:4 that reads: "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more. Neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things has passed away."
