I was a clerk for Judge DeBerry at Office Hearings and Appeals. He was so kind and patient, a true joy to to work with him on holding hearings. He was a true gentleman and my favorite of all the judges I have worked for in my 20 years with ODAR.

I was saddened to learn of Ben's passing. He was my first boss when I started work in the Attorney General's Office. He and I were a good team and I always enjoyed working with him. Love and sympathy to the family.

What a wonderful, kind, sweet man was Ben! And, Frances, what a wonderful wife and helpmate you have been. He will be greatly missed, but I will always smile when I think of him. I send my condolences to the entire family.
