I just heard about Kat. I am so saddened to hear that she passed away. I worked with her for over 20 years. She was a wonderful, friendly and very helpful friend. When I had a pager problem with my residents Kat went out of her way time after time to get a problem resolved. Being on the needy end, I can't tell you how much we appreciated her. Please accept my love and condolences, not only from me but on behalf of the Department of Ophthalmology.

How sorry I am to hear of Kat's passing. As a past Richland Memorial Hospital Manager I had the opportunity to interact with Kat on many occasions. She was always so friendly, happy and helpful. I ran into her a few months ago at a store and we had a few minutes to "catch up. Her love for her cats and the feral ones she took care of stand as a testament to her love for God's creatures. My condolences to the family.

Kathleen worked for me at Colonial Life many years ago. She was a very intelligent individual, and worked very hard. I was saddened to see her obituary in the paper today. My prayers go out to her family.
