I was so sorry to learn of John's passing. He was a great man. I will always remember him taking us out on his boat at Tappan Lake. We had fun times together. I am thinking of you at this very sad time. My deepest sympathy to you and your family. Love and prayers.

I am so sorry for your loss. I would like to share some encouraging thoughts from the Bible. The Bible provides comfort during these difficult times. Revelation 21:3-4 states, And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away. Very soon now, we will never experience losing our loved ones in death. May these words give you a new hope.

While many are sadden to learn that you’re mourning the loss of your beloved Joan, it saddens our loving God even more. No doubt, you have many fond memories which will resurface from time to time. And because you do have memories, certainly shows that almighty God has memories as well. Therefore, with full confidence you can take comfort in His word which shows that He longs to restore life to all those in His memory (John 5: 28, 29, Job 14:13-15).
