Jason was one of the strongest people I'd ever met, he fought hard for a long time and now he can finally live without pain and suffering. RIP Jay.
Kim and Tiffany, i couldnt even imagine what you two are going through right now. You both are amazing people for always being there, showing Jason the love he deserved, and fighting with him every step of the way! I'm so sorry for your loss, Y'all have one heck of an angel now!!
