Morty and I were friends all through elementary, Jr Hi, and Hi School, and I am very sad to learn of his passing. He was a good friend. My sincere sympathy to his wife and family. May his memory be eternal.

How sad it is to learn that you are mourning the loss of your beloved George. This must be a very painful period. Please be assured that our compassionate God is not only aware of your pain, his word shows that in due time, he will act to remedy it (Rev. 21:3, 4). In the interim, God warmly invites you to trust in him for comfort (Isa 41:10, 13).
