William “Bill” J. Currier

William "Bill" J. Currier, 81 peacefully entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, July 27, 2022. Born in Troy, N.Y. on June 12, 1941 to Arthur & Mary (Powers) Currier. Raised in Waterford, N.Y. Lived in Saratoga Springs & Corinth N.Y.. Met the love of his life, Carol, and were married on April 9, 1983 and were married for 39 years. While living in New York, Bill worked as a security guard at Saratoga Hospital and then opened up his own Barber shop called Bill's Clip Joint. Bill loved camping, traveling and singing while playing his guitar. But most of all He loved spending time with Family and friends. Bill served in the US Marines Corp from 1959-1962.
Preceded in death by his parents and his brother Richard Currier.
Bill is survived by his wife, Carol, his children William J. Currier of Saratoga Springs N.Y., Doreen (David) Krakat of Schenectady N.Y., His 3 grandchildren Zoe Currier of West Palm Beach, Florida, Erica LaDuke of Ballston Spa, N.Y., and David Krakat of Schenectady N.Y.. And 1 great grandchild Julianna Krakat of  Schenectady N.Y.. several nieces & nephews, great  nieces & nephews, and great great  nieces & nephews.
