Michele Williams

On Wednesday, September 9th, 2020, Michele Williams, loving mother and devoted friend to many, passed away at the age of 58. It would be wrong to say that she lost her battle because she never stopped fighting. No matter how sick she was, she was always determined and smiling. Just because she is no longer here, it doesn’t mean she lost her fight.
Michele was born on March 31st, 1962 in Fort Knox, Kentucky to Nelda and Leonard Youker. She was born on pay day and from then on out, thought she was the boss. She moved around a lot at an early age being a part of a military family. She finally settled in Columbia, SC in 1974. She graduated Spring Valley High School in 1980. In 1983 she married the love of her life, Timothy Williams. In 1988, she married again and was blessed with three children, Shawna, James, and Cody. She accepted so many as her own and loved them as such. She worked hard for her kids, showed them the love, respect, and discipline they deserved. Michele was a compassionate spirit whose passion was caring for others. She loved spending time with family and friends, and riding her Harley.
Michele was preceded in death by her husband, Timothy Williams and her mother, Nelda Youker. She is survived by her father, Leonard Youker, mother in law, Linda Williams, her children, Shawna Oldham, James Seagle, Cody Seagle (Nicole), her niece that was more like her sister, Stehpanie Burnett, adopted children, Bobby Barnhardt, and William Dantzler, grandchildren, Cinthya Oldham and Chad Oldham, and siblings, Lyni Youker, Sherry Youker-Pound, and Patricia Youker.
