Diane Robertson Obituary

Diane Assenmacher Robertson (September 22, 1948 - April 5, 2021) passed away, peacefully, at home with her beloved husband of 40 years Lee “Bucky” Robertson, her granddaughter Lisa-Marie Robertson, and great grandson Mason Robinson by her side. She is also survived by her brother Joseph Assenmacher Jr., Steve Robertson (and family), and Anthony Robertson (and family). Preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Assenmacher Sr. and Shirley A. Assenmacher. Diane grew up in Michigan attending Catholic school and after graduating college moved to Columbia where she and her husband built a successful property management company together. She had a great love for traveling as they explored all 50 states, was a member of a camping club, a bowling team, the Red Hat Ladies and many other social activities. She was a special light in the world and was a friend to anyone who met her. Diane loved life, her family, and God. She definitely lived life to the fullest and one can only hope to have a life as fulfilling as hers. She will be missed immensely.
