A service to celebrate the life of Albert W. “Frog Legs” Gibson, Jr. 73, of Lugoff will be held at 11:30 am Monday November 21, 2022 at International Praise Church of God with Bishop Doyle Roberts officiating. Burial will follow the service at 1:00pm at Fort Jackson National Cemetery with full military honors.
Mr Gibson passed away Saturday November 12, 2022 at his home. He was born in Arkansas and was the son of Ethel Thomas and the late Albert W. Gibson, Sr. Mr Gibson was a member of international Praise Church of God, enjoyed RVing and served in Vietnam in the US Army special forces and retired after 21 years of service. He didn’t go anywhere without his Alf.
Mr. Gibson is survived by his wife, Angela Mason Gibson; Daughter Serenity Rose Gibson; StepSon
Joshua (Tasha) Mason; step grandson, Finn Mason; sons, Buddy (Janna) Neeley and Melvin Gibson; Mother Ethel Thomas of Harrisburg, Arkansas; Sister Donna Schniers of Harrisburg Arkansas; Brother Mike Gibson of Harrisburg, Arkansas; Grandchildren, Henry (Hank) Neeley of Columbia; Joshua Neeley; Trebla Neeley; Victoria Neeley all of lugoff. Many nieces and nephews and relatives still living. He was Preceded in death by his father Albert W. Gibson, Sr.
