Please accept my condolences during this time of distress. While it is indeed sad that you are mourning the loss of your dear Joan, it saddens God more. In the days ahead, you will continue to reflect on seemingly small, yet precious memories. This happens when we experience the loss of someone loved. However, take comfort in knowing that just as you have memories, almighty God remembers too. The difference is, God can and will restore perfect life to those in His memory as explained in the faith strengthening video **

Few things in life will ever affect us more deeply than the death of a parent. Not only do we have to endure the intense pain of loss but we are also left to face a future that will likely be quite different from what we had expected. The Bible assures us that death will be no more. May such promise help you to cope with the loss of your . My deepest sympathy to each of you.
