Carl Potter

A graveside service for Carl Dale Potter, 60, of Blythewood will be held Friday August 17, 2018 at 12pm at the Fort Jackson National Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday August 16, 2018 from 7-9pm at Kornegay & Moseley Funeral Home. Mr. Potter passed away Sunday August 12, 2018. He was born in Conway, SC on July 2, 1958. He is the son of the late Clifford E. Potter, Sr. and Annie Rhee Chestnut Potter. He was a member of Bethcar Baptist Church and retired from the US Air Force after having served 18 years. Mr. Potter is survived by his wife, Mia Ward Potter; son, Heath Dale Potter; daughter, Gemma Ruth Potter; brothers, Edward Potter (Grace) and Clifford Edward Potter Jr.; and sisters, Cathy Ann Harris and Jenny L. Compton (Dave). He was preceded in death by his sister Mary E. Stroud (Jim).
