A funeral service for Lennard Jack, 83 of Columbia will be held 11:00 am Monday July 2, 2012 at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 1931 Sumter St. Columbia, SC 29201 with Father Peter Telencio officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the church. Entombment will follow in Elmwood Cemetery & Gardens. Pall Bearers will be Lennard Jack, Jr., Winston Jack, Ellis Jack, Ronald Jack, Richard Phillip and Sahle Jack. Kornegay & Moseley Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family.

Mr. Jack passed away Thursday June 28, 2012 at his home surrounded by his family. Born in Trinidad and Tobago, he was the son of the late Charles and Cromathy Jack. Mr. Jack worked as a policeman, car salesman and supervisor for the Human Resources Administration of New York City.

Mr. Jack is survived by his wife, Joyce Jack; children, Lennard, Jr. (Ometta), Winston (Ann), Denize (Richard Phillip), Ellis (Glenda) and Ronald (Karen) Jack; sister, Hermina Jack; cousins, Macrina Scott, Gloria Luke and Jean Clear; 16 grandchildren and uncle to many.
