William Leroy Elswick

A service to celebrate the life of William L. Elswick, 64, of Blythewood will be held 2:00 pm Friday September 30, 2016 at The Village Church, 574 Rimer Pond Road, Blythewood with Pastor Eric Estep officiating. The family will receive friends and family From 6-8 pm Thursday September 29, 2016 at Kornegay & Moseley. Burial will follow  the service at Greenhaven Memorial Park with masonic rites. Memorial donations may be made to Palmetto Health Hospice or to the church.
Mr. Elswick passed away Tuesday September 27, 2016. He was born in Ashland, KY and was the son the late Herman L. Elswick and Opal Corey Geyer. Mr. Elswick was a member of The Village Church and Dentsville Masonic Lodge #398 and was a retired maintenance supervisor with Richland School District II. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and  was a avid outdoorsman.
Mr. Elswick is survived by his loving wife, Teresa Proctor Elswick; children, William A. (Sandy) Elswick, Barbara (Christopher) Pickle and Victoria "Tori" (Brian) Rabon; grandchildren, Katilyn and Alyson Pickle, William L. "Billy" Elswick, Aubree and Weston Rabon; siblings, John Elswick, Pat Prince, Pam Smith, Amelia (Boot) Kirk and Bonita LeMaster. Mr. Elswick was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jim Elswick.
