A funeral service for Wendell Cornelius Moser, Jr. of Columbia will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday October 14, 2015 in the chapel of Kornegay & Moseley with Dr. Mark Bredholt officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow with military honors at Fort Jackson National Cemetery.
Mr. Moser passed away Monday October 5, 2015. Born in Charleston, SC, he was the son of Merida Fowler Moser and the late Lt. Col Wendell C. Moser, Sr. USAF retired. Mr. Moser was a US Air Force veteran.
Mr. Moser is survived by his mother, Merida Moser; wife, Barbara Lynn Moser; sons, Justin M. Moser and Kevin H. Peavy; brother, Major William Moser USMC retired; sisters, Lisa McKittrick and Cathy Graham; Grandchildren, Daniel Peavy, Sarah Peavy, Gabriel Welch, Bethany Stout, and Joel Stout.
