A graveside service to honor the life of Raymond Everette House, 70, of Columbia, SC, will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, August 8, 2017 at Ft. Jackson National Cemetery in Columbia. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Kornegay and Moseley Funeral Home, prior to the service.
Raymond died Friday, August 4, 2017. He was the son of the late Ival W. House and Mary E. House. Raymond was a Lt Colonel in the US Army who served in Vietnam and Desert Storm. He worked as an Industrial Designer/Draftsman at Rockwell/Cooper Air Tools.
Raymond is survived by his wife, Tanya M. House; son, Eddie Mullen; daughter, Leslie Mullen; granddaughters, Brandi A. Mullen and Elizabeth Peake; brothers, Ronald L. House (Evelyn) and Rodney House (Joan); and sisters, Ruth Tice and Roma Moffitt.
Raymond was predeceased by his sister, Ruby Crozier.
