A service to celebrate the life of Lenora Ann Carroll Spivey Johnson, 80 of Camden will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday October 20, 2016 in the chapel of Kornegay & Moseley with Pastor Burch Kelley officiating. Burial will follow the service at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Camden. The family will receive friends one hour prior the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Johnson passed away Monday October 17, 2016 at Providence Hospital. She was born in Columbus County, NC and was the daughter of the late Lofton Bailey and Susann Wilkerson Carroll.
Mrs. Johnson is survived by her children, Sheila Spivey Kelley, Deborah Spivey (Roger) Boyd, Linda Spivey (Bobby) Sledge, Peggy (Martha Bruce) Spivey, Tammy Spivey (J.P.) Lewis and Teresa Spivey (Leslie) Kelley; daughter in law, Sharon Porter Spivey; 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren and many precious nieces ,nephews and cousins. Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by her first husband, Ralph Sadler Spivey, Sr., son, Ralph Sadler Spivey, Jr., second husband, Ronald Gordon Johnson and son in law, Roy Kelley.
