A service to celebrate the life of Jack A. Young, 81, of Buffalo, NY formerly of Columbia, SC will be held on Sunday September 18, 2016 in the chapel of Kornegay & Moseley with Dr. Mark Bredholt officiating. Burial will follow the service at Crescent Hill Memorial Gardens with full military honors.
Mr. Young passed away Saturday September 10, 2016. He was born in Columbia, SC and was the son of the late Eddie and Essie Mae Howard Young. Mr. Young was a retired Marine Corps Veteran.
Mr. Young is survived by his children, Jack Young, Jr., Judi Lynn Young, James C. Young and Brian Young; grandchildren, April Young, Ashley Young, Alisa Lee, Amanda Young, Bailey Gorman, Julian Macy, Tyler Young, Braydon Young, Lilian Young, Lauren Young and Paxton Young; great grandchildren, Jordan Trottier, Marrisa Lee, Bradley Roe, Austin Young, Harlinn Richardson, Mason Lee, Hannah Young, Chandler Williams, Sammy Gorman and Logan Gorman.
