Greg (“Tippy”) Watts

A memorial service to celebrate the life of Greg “Tippy” Watts, 44, of Blythewood, SC, will be held at 4:00 PM, Friday, October 13, 2017 at Village Church in Blythewood. Rev. Eric Estepp will officiate. The family will receive friends at the church following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Village Church, 574 Rimer Pond Road, Blythewood, SC 29016.

Greg died Tuesday, October 10, 2017, He was born in Camden, SC, the son of George Warren Watts and Janet “Dale” Outlaw Watts. Greg received his BS from USC and was a pharmaceutical rep for Eli Lilly. He was a member of Village Church, a dedicated coach, not only to his boys, but to the youth of the Blythewood community, and avid Gamecock fan. More than anything, he loved being a father to his boys.

Greg is survived by his wife, Susan “Susie” Skrabec Watts; sons, Camden Watts, Ryan Watts and Bennett Watts; and sister, Amie Watts Hickerson (Chuck) of Tampa, FL; and his father’s wife, Jennie.
