To the family - my prayers are with you all. I am so sorry for your loss. I am so grateful for the two wonderful children Danny blessed me with. Lois, Donna, and Greg, you will always be my family in my heart.

Daniel Gordon DeHart was my father...I am his oldest child and only daughter. Though miles and circumstances kept us apart for many years I never stopped wanting and loving you. I thought about you, dreamed about you and prayed for you! Many hopes and dreams have passed away with you and I will have to accept that. As my mind and heart try to reconcile all of this two things I know for sure...there will be no more sorrow and pain that you will have to endure and God will comfort me. Just a little memory I have held onto and never told anyone about is you taking me down to the country store in the summer when I was at Grandma's house and buying me the orange push pops in your old green truck...there's got to be a country song there! The battle is over...Rest in Peace now! I prayed that God would answer YES! Always in my heart...Love Dee
