Wanda Lou Gunn Keenan Tomes

Blythewood, SC – Wanda Lou Gunn Keenan Tomes, 88, was born in Steubenville, Ohio on September 28, 1929 to the late Roy and Gladys Gunn and passed away on April 1, 2018. Wanda was pre-deceased by husbands, Daniel James Keenan and Eugene Adam Tomes. Mrs. Tomes retired from Eastern Air Lines. She was a long-time resident of Tampa, FL and had been living in South Carolina for the past 9 years. Wanda was very outgoing, loved her family, friends, home, dogs, plants and flowers, travel and entertaining.

Wanda leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Sandra Keenan (William) Tomes and Debra Keenan Johnson and a son, Daniel Walter (Birgit) Keenan; 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

The family would like to extend special thanks to Ivy Cato and Jessie Driggers for their love and care.

Memorial services will be conducted by Pastor Jo Ann Mann at 2pm on Friday, April 6, 2018 at Kornegay and Moseley Funeral Home Chapel located at 4645 Hard Scrabble Rd, Columbia, SC 29229. Visitation will be at 1pm prior to the service.
